What Is Under-Eye Treatment?
Under-eye treatment uses specialized tear trough fillers to address the hollow, dark circles that make you look tired — even when you're not. The under-eye area loses volume with age, creating a shadowed, sunken appearance that no eye cream can fix.
This is one of the most technically demanding filler treatments, requiring an injector with specific expertise in the periorbital anatomy. At Lumière, under-eye treatments are performed exclusively by our most experienced injectors.
We use lightweight, smooth HA fillers specifically designed for the thin under-eye skin, and employ cannula technique for safety and minimal bruising.

What to Expect
Consultation & Planning
Your injector will carefully assess your under-eye area to determine if filler is the right approach. Not all dark circles are caused by volume loss — we'll identify the root cause and recommend the most effective treatment.
The Treatment
Using a blunt-tip cannula for safety, your injector will place small amounts of lightweight filler beneath the skin. The treatment is precise and conservative — the under-eye area requires an expert touch. Treatment takes about 30 minutes.
Your Results & Recovery
Results are visible immediately but will settle over 1-2 weeks. Mild swelling and potential bruising may occur. We schedule a follow-up at 2 weeks to assess and touch up if needed.
