Dermal fillers are injectable gels — most commonly made of hyaluronic acid, a substance your body naturally produces — that restore volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial contours. Think of them as the sculptor's tool for your face.
Unlike Botox (which relaxes muscles), fillers physically fill in areas that have lost volume or need enhancement. The results are immediate and can be precisely controlled by your injector.

The Treatment

Are dermal fillers safe?+
Hyaluronic acid fillers have an excellent safety profile and are FDA-approved. They're also reversible — if needed, an enzyme called hyaluronidase can dissolve HA fillers. This is one of the major safety advantages of HA-based products.
How long do fillers last?+
