Aesthetic Nurse Injector (NP/RN)
$110,000 – $160,000 + performance bonuses
Join Lumière's clinical team as a lead injector. You'll work with premium patients seeking natural-looking results with Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and advanced facial rejuvenation treatments. This role is ideal for an experienced aesthetic nurse who thrives in a luxury environment and values artistry as much as clinical precision.
Responsibilities
- Perform injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify) and dermal fillers (Juvederm, Restylane, RHA)
- Conduct thorough patient consultations assessing facial anatomy, treatment goals, and medical history
- Develop personalized treatment plans that align with Lumière's philosophy of natural, subtle enhancement
- Maintain meticulous documentation and follow-up protocols
- Stay current with emerging techniques through continuing education (40+ hours annually)
- Collaborate with fellow providers on complex cases and multi-treatment plans
- Contribute to patient education through Learning Center content and social media
Qualifications
- Active NP or RN license in Nevada
- Minimum 3 years of aesthetic injection experience
- Advanced training in facial anatomy (cadaver labs preferred)
- Proficiency with multiple filler and neuromodulator brands
- Portfolio demonstrating natural-looking results
- Strong patient communication and consultation skills
- Current BLS/ACLS certification

- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communications
- Process patient intake forms and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate treatment plans across multiple providers
- Handle inbound inquiries (phone, email, chat) with warmth and professionalism
- Process payments and manage membership enrollments
- Maintain the front-of-house environment to luxury standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a client-facing role, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or luxury retail
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
